Our gymnasium is available for rent!

Please note that the gymnasium must be booked at least one week in advance. The London Muslim Mosque gymnasium is 96 x 52 feet. The dimensions of the stage are as demonstrated in the image below:

Rental Prices for Events & Dinners

Rental Prices for Sport Activities
Maximum Capacity is up to 25 People $45/Hour
To book the gymnasium for a sport activity, please fill out the Gymnasium Sport Event Booking Application Form and submit it to the mosque's secretary. Policies:

  • Your booking starts and ends at the specified times. As such, please consider the time needed for ‘set-up’ when booking your event.
    For "Events" Reservation,  the caretakers will start the "set-up" on the 'START TIME". All events must end by 11:30 PM.
  • The LMM gym is available to be rented out by community and professional groups for sports activities provided all the rules are respected.

  • Please keep in mind that the LMM will be following all health and safety rules and guidelines as mandated by the province and municipality.

  • Currently, there is a capacity limit of 25 people in the gym for sports activities until further changes are introduced.

  • Strictly, there is a no smoking policy in the gym, building and outside the facilities.

  • Please respect the fact the space as being under a religious institution based on practicing Muslim values.

  • Please keep the space clean.

 

Notes:

*Rental prices for (Events & Dinners) include tables and chairs set-up

*A 50% deposit is due upon making the booking. The remaining 50% is due before the event.

*For (Events & Dinners) Booking there is a Refundable Insurance Deposit of $190 collected upon making the booking.
